📘 Second Semester Exam and End-of-Semester Procedures
As we approach the end of the semester, it is essential that all students are aware of and follow the expectations for final exams and year-end procedures. The following information is provided to help you prepare and ensure a smooth and successful conclusion to the school year.
Please read this memo carefully and keep it readily accessible for future reference. It is your responsibility to share this information with your parent(s)/guardian(s) and to adhere to all outlined expectations as they apply to you.
✅ Exam Preparation
Final exams are an important component of your academic achievement and serve as an opportunity to demonstrate your understanding of the semester’s coursework. To help set yourself up for success:

Begin preparing early by reviewing notes, assignments, and any review materials provided by your teachers.

Attend all remaining classes leading up to exams for in-class review and clarification.

Develop a study schedule to manage your time effectively and reduce stress.

Seek extra help if needed — speak with your teachers or visit any available support resources offered at school.
⏰ Exam Attendance
Attendance for all scheduled exams is mandatory. Missing an exam may result in a mark of zero unless a valid reason is provided and approved by school administration. Please note the following:

Exams must be written on their scheduled dates and times.

Vacations, appointments, or other personal plans should not be scheduled during the exam period.

In the event of illness or emergency, a parent/guardian must contact the school immediately. Medical documentation may be required.
📌 End-of-Semester Responsibilities
In addition to writing your exams, students are responsible for the following:

Return all textbooks, technology, and school materials by the assigned due date.

Clean out personal belongings from lockers and classrooms before the last day of school.

Check your school email and student portal regularly for updates regarding report cards, summer school, or graduation requirements (if applicable).
