🚗 Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up

Please do not drop students off at the front entrance off Gray Road, as this area is designated for students requiring accessibility access only.

Use the designated student drop-off/pick-up areas to ensure safety for all.
🚌 Transportation

Bus Route Information: Families can view student bus routes, pickup/drop-off locations, and times through the Parent Portal.

Empty Seat Requests: Requests will be accepted mid-to-late October. Please note that most routes are already at capacity.
📅 First Week Reminders

First Day of School: All students are expected to arrive in full uniform.

Timetables: Students should check ASPEN regularly, as some timetable and room changes have been made this week.

Lockers: Locker numbers and combination codes are available on ASPEN. If there is an issue, students should visit the Attendance Office.
💻 Technology & Support

ASPEN Access: Students who require assistance logging in can visit the Library or Student Success.

Grade 9 Laptops: Devices will be distributed during the first couple of weeks of September. We appreciate your patience during this process.

Cellphone policy: “The use of any mobile digital device in a manner that interferes with or disrupts any classroom or other instructional space is strictly prohibited and may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including suspensions, expulsion or exclusion from the Board premise as appropriate.”

Violation of policy may include the confiscation of the mobile digital device (you are responsible for your device).

Turned off in school is best practice, especially during the instructional period.
🎓 Student Services

Guidance Appointments: Appointments can be booked online.

In-person appointments begin September 2, and students must have an appointment to be seen by a Guidance Counsellor.
