Are you entering Grade 11, 12  or 12+ next school year and ready to build your future? The Enhanced Construction Program is your opportunity to explore the carpentry trade while earning high school credits and gaining hands-on experience.
📣 Info Session:
📅 June 9, 2025
🕡 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
📍 UBC Local 18 (1342 Stone Church Road East)
🔨 Program Highlights:
  • Earn 4 secondary school credits (Math, English, and 2 Construction Technology)
  • Complete a co-op placement—with the potential for a paid placement through a UBC employer
  • Receive PPE and tools valued at $900
  • Gain 7 industry-standard certifications
  • Accumulate apprenticeship hours toward trade qualifications
  • Explore careers in General Carpentry (403A) and Drywall, Acoustical and Lathing Systems (451A)
